How will Charlie Puth's Third Album be like? [Repost]

This is a repost of a discussion that I had published earlier. Since the new single "Girlfriend" was released, I had to add a few changes to this post, and I added a short note at the bottom.

How will Charlie Puth's Third Album be like? : Analytics & Predictions

Discussion:

In this interesting discussion, I will be giving my thoughts and predictions on how Charlie Puth's upcoming third album will be like and try to foretell its structure and production.

Album Title

It's actually quite difficult to exactly tell what the album title will be like, so I'm sticking with 'SICK'. I know that title seems unlikely now since it's confirmed I warned myselfMother and Cheating On You won't be in the album, but I can't think of any other good titles. The trend of self-titling albums have been popular these days (e.g. "Shawn Mendes", "Camila") so a title like 'Charlie Puthor 'PUTH' would be fitting too.

Album Sound

Charlie told in an interview that the sound of the album will be similar to that of Voicenotes, with jazz and pop songs. So we will be expecting tracks like Done For Me and LA Girls. It is not known if there will be any ballads in the album.

Singles

Now that "Girlfriend" is released, it will most probably be the lead single. Charlie also showed us a song he's been working on, called 'Sick', and this might also be a single.
"Too Long", might be another single in the album. There will be a total of at least four or five singles, out of which, one or two will be promotional singles. There are also rumours of a single named "Denial" in which Charlie will collab with Sam Smith.

Album Tracks

Along with the singles, there will be additional tracks to fill the album. I don't know how they will be like but I guarantee you they will be great. The last track of the album will be a sad ending song and probably be a ballad.

Track Listing

I'm guessing that the total number of songs will be 13 and the average length of the album will be about 43 minutes (Voicenotes length- 44:26, Nine Track Mind length- 41:04). The album will start out with a single or promotional single. The lead single will most probably be at the second or third position in the album.

Release Date

Nine Track Mind was released on 29th January 2016 and Voicenotes on 11th May 2018. But because of the COVID-19 situation, Charlie wasn't able to produce much songs this year. So probably, the album will be released next year, if everything gets back to normal, hopefully.

If you go on to Genius.com, you will find a page for Charlie Puth's third album, titled as 'CP3*'. There, you will find some unreleased snippets and song lyrics, which could well be tracks in his upcoming album. But this is all purely speculative, and has not been confirmed.
Some tracks mentioned on the site are unreleased songs which Charlie posted on his social media, they are - "Make Something Up", "Hard On Yourself" featuring Blackbear, and "Reply 2 This".
